It's harder to write a short poem than a long one.

I acknowledge the
distinct and singular art
to folding significance into concentrated smallness
without diminishing the message.
I find it as difficult
as the world, and living in it
after stripping away fallible, unscientific romanticism
from whence springs all joy.
