playing around with photoshop

So, its not perfect, but I'm trying to teach myself how to create that whimsical, fairy tale look in photoshop. Here is the before and after.

    Oh wow! It's starting to sink in to me how much photoshop is art. The fantasy shot looks so beautiful, the lower one so mundane...
