Ice Cream with Liquid Nitrogen

It's a little odd to put food-making up here, but there was liquid nitrogen involved, and blinky bunny ears (and later a giraffe costume and nutella), so I think it counts.

I think making ice cream with liquid nitrogen absolutely satisfies the daily-creativity requirement. Awesome!! How'd it taste?

It was delicious. Three batches - pineapple, peach/blackberry, and chocolate/nutella/peanut butter

* agree to abide by a fuzzily-defined code of conduct that mostly involves being nice to other people, of which Alissa is the final arbiter, and acknowledge that Alissa reserves the right to revoke your membership if you do not comply with the fairly permissive but completely subjective standards in her head. (ie don't be all "that sux, beeyotch" on anyone, don't be dropping child porn here, don't be getting all bigoted about race or gender or religion or orientation all over the place, and we're prolly cool.)
