I love your ducks! Especially the duck that you apparently drew from below whilst it had somehow gotten above the glass ceiling - yay, smartypants Feminist duck! Also the duck that is paddling - did you go somewhere special to hang out with ducks, or draw from the inside of your head?

Agreed, the underduck is awesome. I want to live somewhere with a glass roof and ducks on top. And the dicken...well. I hope he has had an all right life...he looks a little...jaded.

These ducks were drawn from inside my head. Hence the long, come hither eyelashes. ;)

The BlankaDay Collective is a supportive daily practice community for artists who could use a casual venue to keep them producing. How the game is played

Joining means you:

* get an author account on this blog, to post your work

* have an intention to post fresh work here daily (or on a regular schedule)

* retain your copyright on anything you post here, and can take it down/edit whenever you want

* aren't averse to occasionally commenting on your fellow artists' work, so they know someone is out there looking

* agree to abide by a fuzzily-defined code of conduct that mostly involves being nice to other people, of which Alissa is the final arbiter, and acknowledge that Alissa reserves the right to revoke your membership if you do not comply with the fairly permissive but completely subjective standards in her head. (ie don't be all "that sux, beeyotch" on anyone, don't be dropping child porn here, don't be getting all bigoted about race or gender or religion or orientation all over the place, and we're prolly cool.)
